Below are the details to register for an upcoming Central Indiana Awakening weekend.
There is a $20 dollar registration fee (payment information below).
Each Central Indiana Awakening weekend starts at 12:00 pm on Friday, with registration/check-in starting at 11:00 am.

Registration Forms must be completed and submitted to attend any CIA weekend.

to be completed by teen & parent/guardian
2. Permission & Medical Release Form
to be completed by parent/guardian
3. Sponsor Form
to be completed by teen’s sponsor in the Banquet/Awakening community
